1. Scope
The additional terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with a legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
2. Contractual partners, conclusion of contract, correction options
The purchase contract is concluded with Vanmade GmbH. By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English
The contract text is not stored by us.
4. Delivery terms
Shipping costs
Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated product prices. You can find out more detailed provisions on any shipping costs that may be incurred in the offers or in the FAQ.
We only deliver to you, it is usually not possible to collect the goods yourself.
We do not deliver to packing stations. We only deliver to EU-mainland.
Shipping time
Our delivery times vary depending on the season and product. We generally ship within 30 working days (6 weeks), but in individual cases it can take up to 40 working days.
Between 1-5 working days can be planned for the shipping itself, depending on the EU-country.
Christmas 2024:
This year there will be no production from December 18th, 2024 - January 3rd, 2025. Please keep this in mind when placing your orders.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Payment in advance
If you select the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Credit card
When placing the order, enter your credit card details. After your legitimation as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged.
PayPal, PayPal Express
PayPal Plus
As part of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal services. You will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment data, confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment instruction to PayPal.
If you have chosen the PayPal payment method, you must be registered there in order to be able to pay the invoice amount, or you must first register and authenticate yourself with your access data. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment order. You'll get more information during the ordering process.
Payment by invoice and financing
In collaboration with Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer Check out purchase on account and installment purchase as payment options. Please note that Klarna invoice and Klarna installment purchase are only available for consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna.
Klarna Invoice
When you purchase on account with Klarna, you always receive the goods first and you always have a payment deadline of 14 days. You can find the complete terms and conditions for purchasing on account here.
Klarna installment purchase
With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least €6.95). Further information about Klarna installment purchase including the general terms and conditions and the European ones

6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
7. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. The omission of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
8. Warranties and Guarantees
The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and in the FAQ.

9. Liability
We are always fully liable for claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents

11. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here. Consumers have the opportunity to use this platform to settle their disputes. In order to settle disputes arising from a contractual relationship with a consumer or whether such a contractual relationship exists at all, we are obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The federal universal arbitration board at the Center for Arbitration e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.universalschlichtungsstelle.de, is responsible. We will participate in a dispute settlement procedure before this body.
