Upper cover

The top cover of Vanmade mattress is mainly made of polyester and is cozy, durable and breathable. You can choose between the Classic and the Mountain design.

Cordura® bottom fabric

The Cordura® base fabric makes the Vanmade mattress a real outdoor hero. The 100% polyamide base fabric is water-repellent and FC-free protective coating. This offers optimal protection against dirt and wear. So you can easily put the mattress outside the caravan to air it out - or to spend the night under the stars.

mattress core

The core of the Vanmade mattress is made of High Resilient cold foam. This makes the mattress resistant and provides a comfortable lying feeling. The mattress can be purchased in two hardness levels (H2 for 50 - 80 kg body weight, H3 from 80 kg body weight), and you can also choose the thickness yourself. We recommend a thickness of 8 to 12 cm, but you have a choice in the spectrum from 4 to 16 cm. Thinner mattresses should be chosen rather harder. Our mattresses have a density of 40 kg/m3 and compression hardnesses of 30 kPa, 40 kPa and 50 kPa.
