Payment in advance

If you would like to pay in advance, we ask you to transfer the total amount of your order to the specified bank account. The specified delivery time starts as soon as the order has been approved by our accounting department.

Installment payment

We offer you the completely comfortable installment purchase of our Vanmade mattresses via Klarna installment purchase. For further conditions see here.

Purchase on account

Our Klarna purchase on account works simply: You have 14 days from the order to pay the order and the specified invoice amount. You only pay when you have received your Vanmade mattress. You will receive the invoice by email and can pay with ease as soon as you have received the mattress.

Credit card

You can also easily pay with a credit card. We currently offer you payment via Visa and Mastercard. During the ordering process you have the option of entering your credit card details and placing the order. Don't worry: our web shop is fully SSL encrypted.

Instant bank transfer

If you choose the instant transfer option, you will be directed to a separate page and can place the order via instant transfer. As soon as the ordering process has been completed, the order is released in our system and the specified delivery time starts.

PayPal / PayPal Express

Paypal is the largest payment processing service in the world and we offer you complete security. If you want to pay for the order via Paypal, you will be redirected to an external site in the next step and can pay for the order.

Shipping costs Germany

For delivery within Germany we charge a flat rate of EUR 9.99 per 2 mattress/upholstery parts parts.

Shipping costs Europe

For delivery within Europe we charge a flat rate: EUR 29.99 per 2 mattress/upholstery parts parts.

Shipping costs to third countries

For delivery to third countries within Europe (e.g. Switzerland) we charge a flat rate: EUR 59.99 per 2 mattress/upholstery parts. For orders over €1000 we ship via a shipping company at a cost of at least €149.99.

We send your order with GLS or DPD, our partner for the highest quality standards, fast and safe transport.

GLS-Flexible shipping

You determine the place of delivery and the delivery day with GLS "FlexDelivery". We ship with GLS and thanks to "GLS FlexDelivery" we can offer you further advantages.

GLS-That's how it works:

You will receive an e-mail from GLS as soon as the goods are dispatched, including the expected delivery window. You can use the FlexDelivery Service via a link in the e-mail and have the package delivered later, for example, or have it delivered to a different address.

GLS-Select delivery day

With "Delivery on a defined day" you can choose the delivery day yourself. You can choose from nine working days after the expected delivery date.

GLS-Delivery to new address

If the delivery address has changed at the last minute or you want to deliver the package to a neighbor etc., you can enter a different address with "Delivery to new address".

GLS-Delivery in the parcel shop

Delivery to a GLS parcel shop is also possible. Numerous parcel shops have long opening hours, so you are not dependent on the delivery period. The parcel can be picked up from the desired GLS parcel shop nine days after delivery.

GLS-Collection from the depot

You can also pick up the parcel at the GLS depot responsible for your address. Here, too, the package is ready for you for nine working days.

GLS-Issue a deposit permit

It is even more independent with the deposit permit: You can give GLS a deposit permit and tell them where the parcel should be placed. For example on the terrace. The storage location must be in the immediate vicinity of the delivery address. If you issue a deposit permit, a signature to confirm receipt is no longer required.

DPD-Predict

To ensure that your parcel arrives on the first delivery attempt, Predict will inform you exactly on the hour when your parcel will be delivered.

DPD-And this is how it works

On the day of delivery, DPD will give you a one-hour time window in live tracking in which to deliver your package. Shortly before delivery, you will then know exactly within 30 minutes when your doorbell will ring.

On the day of delivery, you can track your package on an accurate map display and see the number of stops to your destination.

DPD requested delivery or deposit okay

You are not at home? Then you can easily issue a deposit okay or redirect the parcel to a pickup parcel shop. If you cannot pick up the package yourself, you also have the option of issuing a power of attorney.
